The Leasing Professional is the face of the community and our first impression to current and potential residents. Maintaining positive relations with residents, future residents, and all visitors to the community will be key to succeeding in this role.


  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required
  • Experience as a Leasing Agent required
  • Bi-lingual preferred
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Basic Microsoft Office proficiency preferred
  • Ability to work a slightly flexible schedule and be open to reasonable, periodic schedule adjustments
  • Open to occasional overtime work weeks and possible evenings
  • Valid US driver’s license and reliable transportation

Position Requirements

  • Ability to create a friendly and welcoming environment in the Leasing Office
  • Greet and qualify prospects, tour the community, and close the sale
  • Enter all leasing traffic accurately and follow up with all prospects in a timely manner
  • Manage leasing process from beginning to end including completing lease documents and inspecting units to ensure all new residents have a fantastic move-in experience
  • Assist with planning and be able to attend resident activities and events
  • Assist with outside marketing

This position is Full Time Permanent and comes with a competitive salary and bonus/commission structure. Benefits package after 60 days of employment include paid holidays, paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and housing discount.
